3 Key Club Illa D'or Apartments

 

Completely refurbished in 2009, probably the best, modern self catering apartments in Puerto Pollensa.  The Club Illa D'or Apartments are located at the end of Pine Walk just behind the 4* Hotel Illa D'or, these apartments have everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay.  There is a large swimming pool set in private secured gardens, along with a tennis court and bycicle hire.  This complex is extremely popular with families and couples and we highly recommend to book early to avoid dissapointment.  All clients staying at the Club Illa D'or Apartments have access to the Indoor Pool and Gymnasium at the Hotel Illa D'or, pool towels can also be hired from the hotel with just a small deposit.

There is a mini market just 50 metres from these apartments and a bakery just 150 metres.  The main square and centre of Puerto Pollensa is around 10-15 minutes walk, along the way there is an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. 

 

The 4* Hotel Illa D'or also offers breakfast and evening meal at the Hotel for just a small supplement.   These meals are served in the main hotel restaurant which overlooks the med and Pine Walk.

Ideally located just one street back from the main promenade in Puerto Pollensa, these 3 key spacious apartments are ideal for families and couples.  There is a large private swimming pool and sunbathing terraces with sunbeds and parasols to the rear of the complex.  Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and also the famous Pine Walk.

Self catering Sunclub apartments are within 200 metres of the soft sandy beach and with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants close by. A pleasant 15 minute stroll (1200m) along the seafront takes you to the centre of Puerto Pollensa.  The Sunclub Apartments have beautiful views of the mountains and is easily accessible to Pollensa Town.   Built to high standards with quality furnishings & fittings, the Sunclub Apartments offer 18 two (2)and three (3) bedroomed self catering units in three 3 storey buildings (N.B. there are no lifts). Beachfront Penthouse Miramar  (Privately Owned)

 

 

This is a lovely apartment with splendid sea views in the beautiful resort of Puerto Pollenca. It is one of a very limited number of apartments which overlook the bay and the marina and just perfect with the sandy beach directly opposite. Miramar is a private fifth-floor penthouse (reached either by lift or staircase). It makes the most of its amazing location with terraces and balconies which look right over the lovely horseshoe-shaped bay and to the headland beyond Pollenca.

 

 

Inside, the apartment is full of modern design and furniture and has cool wood flooring throughout. There is air-conditioning for very hot days and central heating for early and late season holidays. The kitchen is sleek and white with blue granite counter tops. There are appliances including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large fridge-freezer and a microwave. There's a television and dvd system in the lounge with a comfortable sofa and a dining table and chairs by the double doors which lead out onto a terrace overlooking the bay. This more than ample area is furnished with table and chairs, plants and sunbathing loungers.

1 Key Miramar 2 Apartments

 

Located behind the Hotel Miramar, these spacious one (1) and two (2) bedroom apartments are in a great location for all Puerto Pollensa amenities.  There are shops, bars and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk and Pine walk is just a stones throw away.

 

Both the 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom apartments at the Miramar are air conditioned and fully equipped with a kitchenette, lounge area (with satellite TV) and bathroom.

 

 

 

Bressol Apartments (off main square, Puerto Pollensa)

 

Situated just off the main square in Puerto Pollensa opposite the church, the spacious 2 bedroom Bressol Apartments are ideal for families.  Just a couple of minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in the main square and the seafront promenade.  The Bressol has its own private swimming pool and spacious sunbathing terraces with sunbeds chairs and tables.  The accommodation is looked after by the caretaker who lives in one of the apartments and speaks excellent English.  Also in the entrance area there is a wide selection of books (mini library) along with a small selection of books in each apartment, there is also a lift to all floors.

 

The Bressol  complex overlooks the Church just off the quaint  Spanish square, where many events and festivities are held throughout the summer period.  A typically Spanish area with plenty of Tapas bars, a good selection of restaurants and fantastic entertainment.  

 

 

There are two different types of apartments, two (2) bedroom standard and two (2) bedroom large (only 2 available), the two (2)bedroom standard will sleep a maximum of 5 people, the two (2)bedroom large will sleep a maximum of 6 people.  The apartment views, are church, swimming pool or road.  **It is advisable to book early to get your choice of the Bressol apartment.s, they are extremely popular with customers who have been staying here year on year, so reserve early to avoid dissapointment!!

  A fantastic, small family run hotel.  All guests are walmly welcomed at this stunning 3* Hotel located on the seafront promenade.  A popular choice which boasts alot of returning customers due to its location and the ambience.  Although the hotel does not have a swimming pool, there is a sunbathing terrace in front of the hotel just off the promenade, just seconds from the sea.  Why not enjoy an evening meal in the outside restaurant in the summer months, or a nice cool drink in the bar, there is something for everyone.

Located just one street behind Pinewalk, these popular apartments are extremely good value for money.  The Pollensamar Apartments are just a couple of minutes walk to the famous Pinewalk located just behind the Hotel Illa D'or and 100 yards from the La Singala Hotel.  A small but quaint complex with its own swimming pool at the front of the apartments, great location for those who like a nice relaxing peaceful holiday yet just a few minutes walk from the main square.

 

The one bedroom apartments will sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and the studios will sleep up to 2.

There are 23 studio's on 2 floors.

 

The air conditioned studio's will sleep up to 3 people in each, they all have kitchenette with microwave, ensuite bathroom, balcony or terrace.  Cleaning and towel change is 3 times per week and bed linen is changed twice per week.   Guests staying at the Montelin apartments can use facilities of the sister complex Villa Concha which is situated just a short walk away.

Located 100 metres from the resort centre and the beach, the Flora Aparthotel is probably one of the best known self catering complexes in Puerto Pollensa.  The Flora complex consists of 8 blocks with 88 one bedroom apartments.  There is a large swimming pool and a childrens pool, a snack bar, restaurant, mini market and 24 hour reception.

 

The one bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 people in each,  all have air conditioning, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, bedroom wtih two twin beds, lounge area with a sofa bed, balcony or terrace.

 

The Flora apartments are situated in Puerto Pollensa, just a short walk to the centre of this resort.  Surrounding the complex is a great selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets for your self catering requirements.
