In these uncertain times understandably you look for the best value arrangements when planning your holiday and this often entails booking early and putting together the holiday to suit you by purchasing flights, accommodation, airport transfers or car hire separately from different suppliers. Price and convenience alone however are not the only considerations as you will want to be sure that your money is safe and that you are protected should anything go wrong with your arrangements such as a supplier failing to provide the contracted service.
Sunclub International is a fully bonded ABTA member and when you book your travel arrangements through us we provide Supplier Failure Cover at time of booking which guarantees that your arrangements are protected and money secure.
WHAT IS SUPPLIER FAILURE INSURANCE?
Firstly and most importantly it is not and should never be regarded as a substitute or replacement for Full Travel Insurance. Supplier Failure Cover does "what it says on the tin" and provides additional financial safeguards not currently included in most standard travel insurance policies.
Supplier Failure Cover enables you to tailor make your own travel arrangements by booking hotels, villas, apartments, flights, car hire taxi transfers, attraction tickets or other pre booked travel components direct with seperate individual suppliers. In the event of the failure of any supplier(s) to provide the services purchased online via Sunclub International Supplier Failure Cover up to a maximum of £1500 per passenger is available (subject to the terms of your Policy) for the cost of replacement arrangements.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Accommodation, Car Hire, Airport Transfers and other prebooked Travel Extras...
All Hotel, Villa and Apartment reservations and prebooked Travel Extras are financially protected and in the event of failure to supply you will be offered the opportunity to transfer monies paid to an alternative supplier or receive a full refund of monies paid for the service in question.
Flights
Scheduled and Low Cost Airline Flights purchased online through Sunclub International are fully protected by the Supplier Failure Cover arranged at the time of the purchase. In the event of failure to supply the service Sunclub International will claim a refund from the insurer up to the maximum shown on your Policy Document and pass this on to you.
Charter Flights available on this website are fully protected by the ATOL Scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) who will be responsible for refunds directly to you.
Package Holidays
All Package Holidays advertised on this site are fully protected by the ATOL Scheme administered by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) who will be responsible for refunds directly to you.
